Pilin' it up!

No, not because I think there's going to be a "run" on toilet paper anytime soon. But, I figure in the first month we're home with the kids we may go through at least a roll of tp a day...30 rolls in a month is a lot more tp than now!! I'm buying it now (some of it was free with coupons!) so that i can hopefully keep buying it on sale and not pay $$$ cause we have a tp shortage! I'm doing that with bandaids, shampoo, toothpaste, soap and anything else I think we'll use a lot more of. It's so fun!

My Momma taught me well!

Super! You'll end up like me (with more supplies than you have storage for) before you know it! :)

I could add to the list: Canned goods, paper towels, napkins, laundry detergent, fabric softner, colors, color books, tylenol, children chewable vitamins... YES, YOU ARE SMART!!! I wish I had thought of this!

I've heard of people filling the freezer & fridge after you leave, so you come back to a house full of food...that might be an idea to "drop" in a friend's ear! :)

I'm so excited for you! I can't wait!

I remember your stashes of toiletries under your bathroom sink in Brandywine! You are awesome!

You'll need all of those things in multiples and more! Especially when they drop the toilet paper in the toilet, forget how much to use, squeeze the whole tube of toothpaste out at once, etc. :) Anyway, smart idea - those type of things will store long-term and will save you many last-minute trips to the store!
Can't wait to see who you are blessed with!!

My wife and I are in the same spot you are. All our paperwork is in Colombia, and we are waiting on word - looking for two girls 4-10. We too are starting to think about what to prepare in advance. Good idea! moreamor.blogspot.com
